What types of properties do you manage?

We mainly manage apartments and houses intended for short-term rental on the Belgian coast. This includes second homes, investment properties, and unusual accommodations. Each property is analysed individually to propose the most profitable rental strategy.

How is your commission calculated?

Our commission is calculated as a percentage of the actual income generated by your property. There are no fixed fees or hidden costs: we only earn when you earn. The details of the commission depend on the chosen offer (co-management at 12% or full management at 15%) and are presented to you transparently during your discovery call.

In which regions of Belgium do you operate?

We currently support property owners along the entire Belgian coast: Knokke-Heist, Ostend, Blankenberge, De Haan, Bredene, Middelkerke, Nieuwpoort, La Panne, Coxyde, and Le Coq. Our local team responds quickly to each property. Other areas can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
